This is a pre-sale campaign for Kindli. By pre-ordering, you're securing your spot in our first production run at a special pre-sale price.

Production Timeline

We will proceed with production regardless of how many pre-orders we receive. Once we have the funds to pay our manufacturing partner, production will begin and take approximately 3 weeks from start to finish. Shipping will begin immediately after production is complete. You'll receive email updates at key milestones—when production starts, when your order ships, and tracking information.

Why Pre-Sale?

As a startup, pre-sales allow us to validate customer demand and gather feedback before our official launch. Your pre-order helps us fund the initial production run while offering you an exclusive early-bird price. This approach also helps us understand which formulations or flavors resonate most with our community.

Refund Policy

• Before Production Begins: If you change your mind before we launch production, you can request a refund within 14 days of your order. Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days.

• Once Production Begins: Refunds are not available, as your order will be in active manufacturing. However, if your product arrives damaged or defective, we'll replace it at no cost or offer a full refund.

• Shipping Issues: If your order doesn't arrive within 30 business days of the tracking date, contact us immediately for a resolution.

Risks & Transparency

• Supply Chain: Manufacturing timelines depend on our co-packing partner's capacity. While we estimate 3 weeks, unexpected delays (material shortages, equipment issues) can occur. We'll notify you immediately with a revised timeline if this happens.

• Product Variations: Slight variations in color, taste, or texture may occur between batches. This is normal for small-batch, natural products and does not indicate a defect.

• Shipping: Shipping times vary by location (typically 5-10 business days domestic). International orders may take 2-4 weeks.

• Price: Pre-sale pricing is limited to this campaign. Once we launch publicly, pricing may increase.
