Our current estimated timeline is approximately 5 weeks before orders begin shipping, though this timing may shift slightly as we complete development, confirm manufacturing, and move through production. We’re committed to keeping you informed with clear updates at every key milestone.

Founder’s Pricing

Founder’s pricing is available only during this pre-order period. Once Kindli launches publicly, pricing may increase.

Please Note

Because Kindli is still being finalized, the shipping timeline is an estimate and may be extended if additional formulation refinement, ingredient sourcing, or production scheduling is needed.

As with many small-batch wellness products, slight variations in color, taste, or texture may occur between batches. These natural variations are normal and do not affect product quality.

Shipping begins once your order has been fulfilled. Domestic delivery typically takes 5–10 business days.

Refund Policy

Before production begins, you may request a refund within 14 days of placing your order. Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.

Once production begins, pre-orders are final. If your order arrives damaged or defective, we’ll gladly provide a replacement at no cost or issue a full refund.

If your order has not arrived within 30 business days of the tracking date, please contact us so we can help resolve the issue promptly.
